Made to order. Worth the wait.
We make your items when you order. Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. We’ll contact you if your order is delayed.
We currently ship within the United States. Below $100, standard shipping is $4.99 for tees, or $6.99 when apparel includes a hoodie, plus $6.99 for a mug group and $4.99 for a sticker group. Each group is charged once per basket. Free shipping applies on merchandise orders of $100 or more after discounts and before tax. Any applicable tax and the final total appear at Stripe checkout before you pay.
We’ll email your confirmation and tracking when your package ships. Items may arrive separately. Check a guest order with your order number and checkout email, or keep it in your optional passwordless account.
02 / RETURNS & CHANGES
Something wrong? Tell us.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or different from what you ordered, email support@kookiteez.com as soon as possible, ideally within 28 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can investigate a replacement or refund.
If a package hasn’t arrived, contact us promptly and ideally within 28 days of its estimated delivery date. Don’t send an item back until we’ve given you instructions.
Because products are made to order, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size or color you selected. Please check the size guide before buying. This does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Need to correct an address or cancel? Contact us immediately. We’ll check what’s still possible; changes can’t be guaranteed once production begins. We’ll explain any additional cost before you agree to it.
03 / PRIVACY
Your order. Your information.
We use your email, delivery details, order information and support messages to process purchases, deliver products, provide account access, prevent fraud and answer your questions. Stripe handles card details; our store does not receive or store your full card number.
Our hosting providers run the store and its private order system. Stripe processes payments and Printful receives the details needed to produce and ship your order. Lucy is our AI-assisted support service; messages may be processed to help answer routine questions. Refunds and sensitive exceptions go to the owner for review.
With your permission, Google Analytics uses optional cookies to help us understand public page views, product interest, bag activity and checkout starts. We exclude account pages, sign-in links, search text and private order details. Google processes the permitted measurements. You can decline or change your choice using Privacy choices in the footer. We honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests.
We use necessary session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, your bag and saved picks. Signing in is optional and never subscribes you to marketing. We keep records needed for orders, legal obligations and disputes. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of information, subject to records we must retain.

You’re shopping with Kookiteez, trading as KookieTeez. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Review your size, color, quantity, email and delivery address before paying. Account creation is optional.
Only available products can be purchased. Mockups illustrate the design; print colors and placement can vary slightly between screens and garments. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll contact you to arrange a solution or refund. We won’t substitute a different design or garment without your agreement.
